Kyuri Gin

KYURI GIN has been distilled with Japanese Cucumbers, Sakura Cherry Blossoms, Juniper Berries, Citrus Fruits, and other herbs and spices. 
Japanese Cucumbers are left to soak in alcohol for 24 hours with other botanicals. It is then distilled. While it is being distilled, more cucumbers and sakura flowers are placed in a vapour basket to perfume the gin with the aroma of cucumbers and cherry blossoms. 
The result is a gin that has the refreshing taste of crisp Japanese Cucumbers.
