Lime Garden Gin is distilled with 3 types of Southeast Asian limes;
Limau Nipis, Limau Purut, and Limau Kalamansi.
This gives Lime Garden Gin a layered, complex, and delicious limey flavour that makes the perfect Gimlet.
This recipe uses Simple Syrup - which is super easy to make.
Simply mix together 1/2 cup of sugar with 1/2 cup of hot water.
This syrup can keep in the fridge for up to a month!
If you don't have a cocktail shaker, you can make this drink in a big glass and stir vigorously.
60ml Lime Garden Gin
15ml Simple Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Shake hard until the shaker is cold to the touch
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, or strain over a rocks glass filled with ice, depending on preference.
(Optional) Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately
