The First and Only Fresh Ginseng Gin in the World!
Inspired by bottles of whisky and brandy with dried ginseng roots in them. Rather than just using dried ginseng roots, we use Fresh Ginseng which gives the gin a bright, zesty, and refreshing flavour and aroma which you can't get with dried ginseng roots.
Ginseng Gin is distilled with fresh Korean Ginseng, together with the usual herbs and spices that makes our gin great!
After distillation, we place one or two whole ginseng roots inside each bottle. If the roots are small, we put in two. If they're big, we put in one.
Unlike dried ginseng, fresh ginseng roots still have their leaves and berries attached to them. This gives Ginseng Gin a peppery and floral flavour that pairs exceptionally well with the Juniper Berries and other Herbs & Spices used in this gin.
Mix Ginseng Gin with Soda Water or Tonic Water.
If you like ginseng not too strong it’s pretty good, has balance of greenness and ginseng bitterness with floral of botanical , I had it neat and didnt manage to try any mix as it was finished between two of us before we could experiment… try it with different glasses
