The team at bar.ter came to us with an idea for a gin with a really unique botanical combination for their 1 year anniversary. Cut to a few months later and this gin is the result of that creative collaboration.
Distilled with Jambu, Green Apples, Thai Basil, Indian Borage, and Cardamom. This 55% abv gin is punchy and juicy while being crisp and clean on the finish.
